How it works

Every service is supervised. The access we use, what we can change and when you're asked to approve something are agreed in writing before work starts — and they depend on the service.

  1. Enquire

    Tell us what you need. Don't send passwords or account details — we never need them in an enquiry.

  2. Agree the scope

    We reply with a written scope and quote: what's included, what isn't, the access needed and the price.

  3. We do the work

    AI tools help us draft, organise and check faster. A person reviews the work, within the access you've granted.

  4. Review and handover

    You review the result, send one consolidated round of changes, and we hand over with a walkthrough.

What AI doesn't do here: it doesn't act on your accounts on its own, make payments, or run your business around the clock.

What does "AI-assisted" mean at TED5?

We use AI tools to speed up drafting, organising and checking. A person reviews the work, and you approve the scope before we start and the result before handover. AI doesn't operate on your accounts independently.

Do I need to give you my password?

No. Never send passwords, API keys or payment details — not in an enquiry and not by email. When a service needs access, we'll ask you to add TED5 as a staff member or collaborator with only the permissions agreed in your scope.

Is the A$699 price fixed?

Yes, for the scope listed on the service page. If your store needs more than that scope covers, your written quote will say so before you commit to anything.

Is GST included?

No GST is charged. The price you see is the total for our work.

What costs aren't included?

Third-party costs are separate: platform subscriptions, paid themes or apps, domains, hosting, API usage, supplier products and postage, and advertising.

Will this increase my sales?

We can't promise that, and we don't. We set up and organise your store so it's in good shape to sell — results depend on your products, pricing, marketing and market.

How long does it take?

Timing is agreed in your written scope. It depends on your store and how quickly access and approvals come back.

I'm an individual, not a business. Can I enquire?

Yes. Our services are designed for both individuals and businesses — just say which applies when you enquire.

Is TED5 affiliated with Shopify or suppliers?

No. TED5 is an independent service provider and is not endorsed by Shopify or any supplier.

What types of stores can you help with?

The current package is for an existing Shopify store, whether it sells its own stock or uses dropshipping. Supplier integrations are assessed for compatibility before quoting. Other ecommerce platforms and store types can be discussed through a separately scoped enquiry.
