What we need from you
- Staff or collaborator access to your Shopify store, with permissions agreed in your scope. Never send us your password.
- Your existing theme, already installed on the store.
- Product details and images you have the right to use, for up to 10 products.
- Your business details and the customer-facing terms you want to use (for example shipping, returns and privacy wording), for your approval.
- Limited access to your supplier account, if a compatible supplier integration is included.
- One person who can review and approve the work.
Exclusions and third-party costs
Not included
- Sales results. We don't guarantee sales or revenue.
- Automatic supplier payments or order fulfilment.
- Advertising management or advertising spend.
- 24/7 monitoring, hosting or ongoing store operation.
- New theme builds, custom app development or more than 10 products (these can be quoted separately).
Third-party costs (paid by you, separately)
- Shopify subscription and any paid themes or apps.
- Domain names and hosting.
- API or platform usage fees.
- Supplier product costs and postage.
- Advertising.

Grant limited access Your approval
You add TED5 as a staff member or collaborator with the permissions in your scope. You can remove that access at any time.
Setup, AI-assisted and human-reviewed
We organise products, collections and navigation, review the layout, set up customer information and map supported products. AI tools speed up drafting and checking; a person reviews the work.

Handover
A 30-minute session walks you through what was done. You then have 14 calendar days to ask questions or report corrections within the delivered scope.
Questions about this service
What if I have more than 10 products?
Tell us in your enquiry. The A$699 price covers up to 10 simple listings. Anything beyond that is quoted separately, in writing, before any extra work starts.
What if the supplier doesn't support one of my products?
We'll tell you which products can't be mapped exactly. We don't substitute a different supplier product without your approval.
Do I need a theme already?
Yes. This service works with one theme that's already installed on your store. If you don't have one yet, mention it in your enquiry and we'll talk about options.
What does read-only order monitoring mean?
Where your store and supplier access allow it, we set up a way to see orders and their status without changing them. It doesn't pay suppliers, place orders or fulfil them for you.
What happens after the 14 days?
The 14-day period covers questions and corrections within the delivered scope. If you want further help after that, we can quote it separately.
